Key Responsibilities:
Profile Sourcing Support
Scheduling Interviews
Coordinating Interviews
HR Admin support
Walk-in support
Campus Hiring support
Collaborate and coordinate closely with technical panel for interview scheduling
Coordinating internal associates availability for profiles
Follow up for internal associates readiness for customer interview
Qualifications & Skills:
Prefer if you have good understanding of embedded systems used in automotive applications (ECUs, AUTOSAR, diagnostics, functional safety, etc.)
We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand technical requirements
