Test Administrative Executive Position: Test Administrative Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Jaipur About Aignosis Aignosis is an AI-powered neurohealth-tech startup working at the intersection of clinical psychology, neuroscience, and artificial intelligence. Our flagship product is a webcam-based AI developmental screening tool that enables objective, scalable early identification of autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions in under 5 minutes. Backed by WTFund (Nikhil Kamath) and featured on Shark Tank India Season 4, Aignosis is building national-scale screening infrastructure across clinics, hospitals, schools, and public health systems. Our work spans autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and allied neurodevelopmental conditions, with a strong focus on ethics, evidence, and research-driven deployment. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Test Administrative Executive who will be responsible for coordinating testing activities, preparing and maintaining documentation, ensuring smooth communication between teams, and supporting the overall administration of testing processes effectively. Key Responsibilities: ● Coordinate and manage testing and administrative activities ● Maintain accurate records and documentation of tests and reports ● Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders ● Schedule and organize testing sessions efficiently ● Visit hospitals and healthcare centers to conduct screening tests for children ● Assist in data collection, reporting, and follow-ups ● Ensure compliance with testing protocols and administrative procedures Requirements: ● Basic computer knowledge is mandatory ● Proficiency in using Google tools (Search, Docs, Sheets, etc.) ● Strong communication skills (English/Hindi) ● Ability to deal patiently and effectively with students and parents ● Comfortable with traveling ● Must own a personal vehicle Preferred: Well-organized and responsible individual Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month + TA + DA + Incentives Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Why Join Us?
