I’m Ankit Jain from a paramedical and nursing book publishing house (Bookera Publishers, Jaipur). We’re looking for a Social Media & Buffer Specialist on a monthly retainer of ₹10,000 to manage our digital presence across platforms.
Your Role: Handle everything end to end through Buffer — strategy, content planning, post scheduling, design, captions, Reels/Shorts, influencer coordination, and performance tracking.
Key Tasks:
– Plan monthly social media strategy and campaigns (exam/admission/book launch).
– Maintain consistent posting via Buffer across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and X.
– Create engaging designs, reels, and educational content suited for students and faculties.
– Identify and manage micro influencers, handle comments/DMs, and grow communities.
– Track performance metrics through Buffer and share simple monthly reports.
Budget: ₹10,000 per month (fixed).
Goal: Steady growth in awareness, leads, and book sales.
