We seek a skilled Computer Operator to join our Production Planning Controller (PPC) team and contribute to our mission of delivering superior products and services.
Job Summary:
The Computer Operator within our PPC department will be crucial in overseeing and managing our computer systems to ensure seamless production operations. This position involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining optimal system performance, and providing backend support to our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Excel Reporting: Create and manage reports and product details using Excel.
Timely Solutions: Address and resolve issues efficiently as they arise.
Analytical Skills: Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to provide prompt solutions.
Report Preparation: Prepare and submit reports to senior staff as required.
Data Management: Enter and process data accurately to keep records up-to-date and ensure operational efficiency.
Compliance: Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards, and ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
File Organization: Organize and maintain both soft and hard copy files as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data and information.
Administrative Duties: Perform additional administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Any graduate degree or Post Graduate degree.
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the jewelry manufacturing industry (Freshers are also welcome if they have long-term vision and potential to grow with the organization)
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Keen attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
