Job Description:
Indra Prints is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, managing orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities on e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Handle order processing, inventory updates, and returns
- Monitor product performance and optimize listings (titles, descriptions, keywords)
- Coordinate with the design and production team for new product uploads
- Respond to customer queries and maintain good customer service
- Analyze sales reports and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- Good understanding of Excel and data handling
- Basic communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in e-commerce will be an added advantage
