JD:

Performs installations, maintenance, and repairs on customer equipment (Desktop / Laptop / iPad / Tablet PC/peripherals, Printers, Scanners at Part Level replacement knowledge) OS troubleshooting on the desktops.
Installation and configuration of OS ( Windows7/8/10) as per the requirement.
Installation and configuration of productivity tools like MS Office and other software/tools for desktops documented in COE (Common Operating environment)
Standard Microsoft desktop application Installation and troubleshooting. Antivirus update using the provided tool.
Installing and configuring messaging clients on workstations.
Email troubleshooting and housekeeping at the client end.
Troubleshooting & resolving user problems remotely using available tools
Installation & Configuration of drivers for standard peripherals like Printers, Scanners, and Modem Etc.Desktop rollout/replacement for users including Data Transfer knowledge and Deploy OS via SCCM, Image via Ghost, etc..
Perform IMAC
Tablets and Phones (iPad, etc.) support (L1) -– Basic Configuration and Connectivity, troubleshooting as per Operating Environment guidelines.
