Job Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan)
Organisational Context: CIMET provides end-to-end comparison and signup solutions for energy and telecommunication plans in a B2B and B2C environment. Serving over 25 Energy and Broadband Providers and more than 30 white-label and co-branded partners, CIMET has developed a fully integrated online comparison and signup platform. CIMET’s partnership with iSelect, which holds a 49% stake in CIMET Holdings, has fueled expansion into new product lines such as Credit Cards, Home Loans, Car Loans, Personal Loans, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Pet Insurance. Currently, CIMET has around 150 team members across Australia, India, and the Philippines, with plans to double this number over the next two years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Development: Develop on-brand, innovative, and beautiful creative assets for our comparison brand in Australia.
- Design Execution: Create mock-ups, PowerPoint presentations, icon libraries, social media posts, and paid creatives.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate fresh, creative ideas into website designs.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all design assets.
- Concept Presentation: Prepare and present design concepts to internal stakeholders for approval.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design.
- Experience: 5+ years of work experience as an in-house Graphic Designer; packaging design experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop).
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative designs aligned with the brand.
- Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail.
