Internship Overview:
We are seeking a motivated SEO Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in search engine optimization strategies and techniques while contributing to our digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research to identify potential topics and opportunities for content optimization.
Optimize website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and metadata, for improved search engine rankings.
Assist in developing and implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility.
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
Research and stay updated on SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content and ensure alignment with keyword strategy.
Assist in link building activities and outreach efforts to improve domain authority.
Requirements:
Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or recent graduate).
Strong interest in digital marketing and search engine optimization.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
